The depot process is integrated as part of the helpdesk functionality. Depot work orders are created by the helpdesk, which allows warehouse workers to process depot work orders for equipment without having to view the original ticket. No shipment can be made unless there is a depot work order. This ensures tracking of the equipment when it leaves the facility.
